In our experience, we have always seen the best results that customers get, come from Private Training versus Group Fitness. But we also know that the pricepoint for Private Training might not be feasible for some people. Well now there is a solution….

Come and share a Unicus Fitness personal trainer with a friend or colleague and get the same great results all for just a fraction of the normal price for private training. We have shown great results for people that train with others, with increased motivation and accountability being the leading factors. And a lot of people love the social aspect of fitness training so Semi Private Training has become a real option for those looking for it. Semi Private Training is NOT the same as doing a Fitness Class with someone, because you might not all be doing the same exercise. We try and use similar exercises where appropriate, but your workouts won’t be a carbon copy of each other. With Unicus Fitness, we try and make sure your Semi Private Training session will feel like Personal Training, just with 1 or 2 other people around.

Here is the deal with Semi Private Training:
If 2 people share a trainer, the cost becomes just $45 per person per session.

If 3 people share a trainer, the cost becomes just $40 per person per session.

Sharing a Unicus Fitness Trainer will give you excellent results.

Packages for Semi Private Training can be 1, 2 or 3 times per week for 1, 3, 6, 9 or 12 months.
