The Fitness Lair® at 300 South Riverside is wholly unique and more fitness laboratory than health club. It was designed with the busy professional in mind, one who cares more about the results that come from working out and not so much the process. If your time is a premium, then you will like our methodology which has proven to get serious results in less than 1 hour of exercise per week!

We will be selling Month to Month Access to Classes first and then opening up for 10 Packs and Drop Ins once we reach the minimum number of monthly Purchases (10 per month)
Monthly access will be the flat rate of $60 per month for all 5 classes per week.
