The Fitness Lair® at 300 South Riverside is wholly unique and more fitness laboratory than health club. It was designed with the busy professional in mind, one who cares more about the results that come from working out and not so much the process. If your time is a premium, then you will like our methodology which has proven to get serious results in less than 1 hour of exercise per week!

City Strength – Muscle leaning and rapid fat loss are the order of the day if you decide to step into this class.
Power Abs & Core – Training that focuses on the complete core; upper, middle and lower abs, obliques, lower back muscles, glutes and hip flexors.
Functional Core-This one takes core training and combines it with functional movements to get your body into tremendous shape
Fat Burn Sweat – Prepare to melt all that fat away! If you are not sweating on this one, something is wrong with your glands.
Vinyasa Flow – Come and geta nice, energizing yoga class in to make your day a lot brighter and develop a leaner, tighter body.
Mat Pilates-Learn the basics of Pilates while strengthening your core after a long day of sitting at a desk.
Kickboxing/Core Blend-This one combines the strengthening principles of Kickboxing with the Unicus Fitness way of working your core.
TRX Body Blast-Get to learn how to train with the TRX devices we have on the rig and get your body leaner and tighter than you ever dreamed possible!
