The modern fitness studio and adjoining group class studio span 2,260 ft2 and outfitted with state-of-the-art strength, endurance and cardio equipment from Life Fitness Signature & Elevation Series and offering exclusive UNICUS Fitness® programs. The health club is award winning as Forbes Travel Guide bestowed its coveted 5 Star ranking in 2016, the first and only time a health club in Chicago has received that distinction.

  • 7:00am: Chuan Boot Camp (Fitness Floor) with Sandi
  • 7:30am: Vinyasa Yoga (studio) with Angela

  • 5:30pm: Kettle Bell Burn (studio) with Sandi
  • 6:30:pm Restorative Yoga (studio) with Ashley

 

Wednesdays:
