Located on the fourth floor of the Langham Hotel, Chicago is The Chuan Spa and Health Club. The modern fitness studio and adjoining group class studio span 2,260 ft2 and outfitted with state-of-the-art strength, endurance and cardio equipment from Life Fitness Signature & Elevation Series and offering exclusive UNICUS Fitness® programs. The health club is award winning as Forbes Travel Guide bestowed its coveted 5 Star ranking in 2016, the first and only time a health club in Chicago has received that distinction.

The Chuan Spa and Health Club offers three-tier Health Club Memberships developed to create a unique Chuan experience for each member. Members have access to pre and post-workout relaxation amenities located in each changing. Amenities include two saunas, a steam room, aromatherapy showers and heated relaxation recliners.
UNICUS Fitness® proprietary PT Classes (Group Fitness) and customizable Personal Training Programs are available daily to members and non-members alike.  Daily guest passes are available for purchase directly at The Chuan Spa and Health Club at The Langham, Chicago.

  • 7:00am: Energizing Aromatherapy Yoga & Guided Mindful Meditation Combo Class (studio) with Breezy
  • 5:30pm: Athletic Conditioning (studio) with Mike P
  • 6:30pm: Barre Basics (a level 1 barre class)  (studio) with Melissa

 

Tuesdays:

  • 7:00am: Chuan Boot Camp (Fitness Floor) with Justin
  • 7:30am: Restorative Yoga (studio) with Dietrich
  • 12:15pm: Mat Pilates (studio) with Kristen
  • 5:30pm: Kettle Bell Burn (studio) with Kiev
  • 6:30pm: Boot Camp Training – Class 1 of 2/ Progresses in intensity each class resetting to the beginning and starting the cycle over the first Tuesday of each month – class 2 of 2 on Thursdays (Fitness Floor) with Mike P
  • 6:45:pm Vinyasa Flow Yoga (studio) with Joanne
